I've been doing insanity for over the last month and a half now. Yes, it's that thing on the infomercials that looks like it would suck. It is probably the hardest thing I've ever done. I've run over 20 miles at a time and this is by far harder. I literally cannot describe the pain I feel, or how out of shape I feel I am JUST DURING THE WARMUP, that alone exceeds any sort of training plan I've attempted.

And how do I like it? Well I'm seeing results. I've lost about three inches from the waist. I've orderd the sequel and will be doing that when i get back to Germany. I have a feeling my results would be better if I could follow their diet plan rather than trying to figure out which of the five things they have here I don't absolutely hate would be healthiest and eating it over and over again.

Long story short, if you need structure and want to do push-ups in a puddle of your own sweat, I suggest this program for you. Obviously it is not for everyone, but if you feel like you can push through I don't think you will regret it (in the end, at least.)

I haven't seen any of the adverts, is it a DVD you've got of it or what?

To be honest with you I downloaded it. You can find some decent adverts on youtube, however. I liked them so much I ordered it later to support them. I know they can even be purchased in the UK...I saw their infomercials on SKY when I was living in Germany.
